Лакмоид

2 г лакмоида растворяют в 100 мл 45 % уксусной кислоты и кипятят 2 часа в колбе с обратным холодильником (можно заменить воронкой). Доводят водой до первоначального объёма. Фильтруют. Используют ацетолакмоид исключительно для окраски хромосом.
